~ Destinix is not responsible for visa rejection or delays caused by consulates/embassies.

~ It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete personal details.

~ Changes to travel plans after booking may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

~ Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

~ No refund will be given for unused services or early departures.

~ Destinix acts as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport).

~ We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party services or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, natural disasters).

~ While we strive to deliver quality service, slight changes in itinerary or hotel category may occur due to operational reasons.

~ Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, local culture, and service staff.

~ Any damage to property or misconduct may lead to immediate removal from the tour without refund.

~ By accessing and using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt services or data.

~ All content on the site is owned by Destinix and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

~ Destinix shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations when such failure is due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or natural disasters.

~ These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

~ Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
